Expanding Murray

Murray, a small city in Western Kentucky is known for its college, its prime lake real estate, and its high volume of dining locations. Throughout the past few years, there have been many new businesses that have opened, expanding the city for tourists and locals alike. Some of the most talked about businesses around Murray currently are Texas Roadhouse, Chicken Salad Chicks, and Jimmy Johns, all fine, diner-approved eating establishments that employ numerous Calloway Students. Many people wanted the businesses to be introduced to Murray, and on opening day they either were or are anticipated to be crowded with customers, lined up to be seated.
